Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made.
A refund will not be issued for any sessions missed due to your own circumstances including sickness or injury.
One months' notice is required for any sessions or Camp booking cancellations. If booking is made with less than one month until the session or first day of Camp your booking is non-refundable.
If a session is cancelled due to reasons beyond ThePlayersAcademy’s control such as venue closure or weather conditions endangering players health and safety, a replacement session will attempted to be scheduled dependent on venue availability.
If you are on a monthly subscription and no longer wish to attend a session on a weekly basis you must give one months’ notice via email to tpa18finance@outlook.com. ThePlayersAcademy will then terminate your subscription payments one month from your date of notice.
Please do not allow your child to bring valuable belongings to any sessions or camps. ThePlayersAcademy does not accept responsibility for any lost property. All lost property found will be held for 4 weeks by ThePlayersAcademy.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing and social media use. It is the parents’ responsibility to update ThePlayersAcademy via email should this change.
Children must be at least 4 years old to attend Holiday & Football Camps.
You must declare all medical information, allergies, dietary restrictions and additional needs when booking a session or camp with ThePlayersAcademy. ThePlayersAcademy reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time where there has been a failure to provide full information about your child.
If your child is collected after the allocated collection time upon booking, the parent/ guardian will be subject to a late fee of £10.00. An additional £5.00 will be charged per every 30 minutes that passes until the parent/ guardian arrives for collection of their child. The parent/ guardian is expected to pay the late fee at point of collection.
ThePlayersAcademy staff have a duty to respond if they suspect a child in their care may be suffering from abuse, or if a child makes a disclosure about abuse. In this event the staff will follow the relevant safeguarding procedures.
ThePlayersAcademy does not accept liability for personal injury or death of any participants unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company or its servants.
All children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
ThePlayersAcademy has a strict no bullying policy. ThePlayersAcademy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
ThePlayersAcademy is committed to providing high quality coaching and holiday camps throughout the season. If you or your child are not entirely satisfied with the service we provided, then we would like to know about it. Any complaint should be made to one of our Lead Coaches onsite, who will complete a complaints report, and do everything possible to ensure the complaint is dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible.
ThePlayersAcademy acts as a Data Controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998. We need to collect relevant personal details from you and the children you are booking to enable us to process your booking. This information might include names, ages and any applicable medical or dietary restrictions and, in some cases credit/debit card or other payment details. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary permission to pass on the personal details of all the children that you are making a booking for. Additionally, we hold and use some of your details for future marketing purposes, for example sending you promotional information. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not want to receive future mailings from ThePlayersAcademy.
